At a starting price of Rs 54,999, iQOO 13 has a lot to offer. The phone delivers premium and flagship experience. It features a gorgeous display and design, a massive battery and a competent camera. But I feel the best part about the iQOO is its price. At a time when the prices of flagship phones are inching upwards, the iQOO 13, complete with top chipset and hardware, is a real good deal at Rs 54,999.

Finally – should you buy the iQOO 13? I think yes. If you’re looking for the latest and gaming phone, then this is a fantastic choice. As we’ve shown in this video, certain games like Genshin Impact can take advantage of the Q2 co-processor and that provides superb performance at a very low temperature. However, other games that cannot take advantage of the Q2 co-processor will have rather low FPS because of the low thermal limit of only 44°C, but still steady performance overall. At only RM3,499, I do believe that the iQOO 13 is a much better phone compared to the realme GT 7 Pro.

The iQOO 13, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, is a performance beast that can handle almost everything you throw at it. Along with that, it has a luxurious display and lightning-fast charging. However, its cameras, especially in low light, fall short compared to its predecessor. Curious to know whether this smartphone is worth Rs 54,999? Let’s dive in! iQOO as a brand is known for its heavy-performance smartphones that come to the market at a very justified price. I still remember, the iQOO 11 launched as India’s fastest smartphone because it was the first smartphone in India with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. Now, 2 years later, we have the iQOO 13 that is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, a processor that can even beat laptops when it comes to performance.

The iQOO 13 with its feature set, performance, and pricing sets a new benchmark in the world of Android smartphones. This device proves that flagship smartphones don’t have to cost an arm and a leg, and it is possible for brands to offer high-performance and practical high-end smartphones at competitive pricing. And despite having much better cameras, a bigger battery, and a more premium design (can be subjective), the iQOO 13 is cheaper than the Realme GT 7 Pro, which again proves that the iQOO 13 is the one true flagship killer of not just 2024 but also 2025.

If you want one of the best-performing phones currently available in the market, get the iQOO 13. The phone offers incredible performance that you won't find in any other Android flagship currently available in India. It also offers excellent battery life, a good set of cameras, a great big display, and super fast charging. At the starting price of Rs. 54,999, no phones can compete with the iQOO 13 in terms of performance. The recently launched Realme GT 7 Pro (Review) is the only true competition as it's the only other phone with the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC in India and is priced similarly. If you want better camera performance, we'd recommend the GT 7 Pro. For everything else, the iQOO is a better choice. However, you can wait for upcoming phones such as the OnePlus 13, which could be priced similarly and offer better performance and cameras.

The iQOO 13 has considerable upgrades: you get a larger AMOLED panel, and it gets noticeably brighter. It has the latest Qualcomm hardware, and it is a gaming powerhouse. And then there's the battery; the massive 6,150mAh unit lasts two days between charges, and you get 120W charging. The cameras are much better than previous years as well, and you get four Android OS updates. Where's the catch, you ask? There isn't one. Sure, the cameras may not be on par with the best phones, but that's about the only limitation, and considering the phone costs just $630, you're getting an unbelievable bargain.

The iQOO 13 is a very competent all-rounder. It features an extremely powerful chipset, a good display, nice-sounding and loud stereo speakers, and a full set of cameras. All of this is wrapped in a premium and good-looking chassis. We are particularly impressed by the sustained performance. The handset handles high loads for long periods of time, suggesting it will do great in long gaming sessions too. Fast charging and excellent battery life are also standout features. And although a fairly potent camera system, which performs well during the day, it leaves much to be desired from the 2x zoom and ultrawide cameras at night. This is where the competition delivers.

There's also a Snapshot mode on the Camera app that is claimed to take sharp images of moving images. We, obviously, tried this on the fast-moving cars (2nd shot below) at the Dubai Autodrome. Take a look at some of the Snapshot mode shots below. The iQOO 13 is set to launch in India on December 3. Stay tuned to our full review to know our final verdict on the camera performance.

iQOO 13 is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a high-performance phone with an eye-catching design and some unique features. With a fantastic display, powerful processor, and solid battery life, it ticks all the right boxes for gaming and everyday use. However, the camera could use a bit of improvement, especially in the telephoto department. If you’re into gaming, need a vibrant display, and want a design that stands out, the iQOO 13 should be on your radar. But there are a few more phones like the Apple iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy S24 5G, Samsung Galaxy S24 SE, Xiaomi 14, OnePlus 12 5G, Vivo 40 Pro, etc. So, you can use their phone features before buying. Thanks for reading my iQOO 13 review.

As a performance gaming phone, the iQOO 13 is really powerful, and the Snapdragon 8 Supreme Edition can surprise you with its performance and energy efficiency. With top-notch tuning and a homegrown gaming chip, Q2, as well as excellent battery life, the iQOO 13's gaming performance is completely assured. In addition to gaming, the DECO position of iQOO 13 has an energy aura that can inject full emotional value into your gaming experience in multiplayer games. The excellent Everest screen can give you excellent gaming experience and more eye protection for daily use.
