De notre point de vue, le smartphone Vivo X60 Pro peut séduire extérieurement, mais lorsqu’on y regarde d’un peu plus près, il accuse tout de même quelques petits manques notamment par rapport à la concurrence où aucune pitié n’est accordée à ce prix d’autant qu’il est disponible depuis quelques mois maintenant et que les constructeurs proposent maintenant des appareils tout aussi capables, voire plus. On apprécie la qualité de l’écran, les performances, la stabilisation en vidéo ainsi que celle des photos produites par le mobile. Par contre, on regrette le son mono, l’absence d’étanchéité et la charge à « seulement » 33 watts.

Le Vivo X60 Pro séduit sans briller. On apprécie se perdre dans son grand écran de très bonne facture et la fluidité de son interface plutôt bien pensée. Le flagship du fabricant chinois aurait pu se démarquer de la concurrence avec un tel équipement et c'est raté. On regrette également son manque d'endurance et sa puissance de charge limitée à 33W.

Cette version du téléphone arrive avec son lots de promesses. Le X60 Pro se présente sous la forme d’un appareil avec beaucoup de qualités et quelques défauts préjudiciables. Malgré tout l’impression laissée par ce test est plutôt bonne. Dans son design, peu de nouveautés sont à noter. Le X60 Pro n’a pas de grandes différences avec le X51 5G. Le smartphone reste joli avec un bel écran tactile et des performances très solides. L’autonomie est tout de même bonne malgré quelques faiblesses mais la charge rapide pallie à tout cela. L’appareil photo du smartphone est lui aussi très polyvalent malgré un zoom optique parfois défaillant. L’impression générale est excellente sur ce téléphone. Le Vivo X60 Pro est un smartphone commercialisé à 799 euros. La marque chinoise propose de belles promotions au bout de quelques mois. Par exemple le X51 5G voyait son prix chuter de 300 euros six mois après sa sortie.

Si vous avez vu mon test du Vivo X51 5G, alors vous devez certainement avoir repéré de nombreuses similitudes. Et c’est normal puisque ces deux téléphones sortent un peu du même moule. Le X60 Pro va cependant un peu plus loin sur le plan technique en proposant un SoC plus puissant. Un SoC qui pourra faire la différence pour les personnes les plus exigeantes, ou plus globalement pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent pouvoir conserver leur téléphone longtemps. Si le Snapdragon 870 n’atteint pas la puissance d’un Snapdragon 888, il reste en effet bien suffisant pour la plupart des usages. En tout cas, je trouve la proposition de Vivo intéressante et ce X60 Pro coche au final pas mal de cases. Les deux seules choses qui lui manquent, finalement, c’est un second haut-parleur et la charge filaire rapide.

Le Vivo X60 Pro se présente comme une évolution du X51 5G et en soi, le dernier smartphone du constructeur chinois est réussi avec un design premium, un écran agréable des performances haut de gamme, le tout avec une surcouche relativement légère, ce qu’on apprécie. L’autonomie est la même que l’année dernière mais un an après, on voit que c’est juste dans la moyenne. On aurait également aimé avoir enfin des haut-parleurs stéréo. Et enfin la photo où Vivo aurait pu frapper bien plus fort. En dehors du branding avec Zeiss, on ne mesure pas forcément une grande avancée dans le domaine et c’est bien dommage.

Sur certains points, le Vivo X60 Pro n’a rien à envier à ses concurrents : entre son design maîtrisé et abouti, son écran AMOLED et 120 Hz très agréables à manipuler et ses excellentes performances - bien qu’en dessous du Xiaomi Mi 11 et du OnePlus 9 -, cet appareil mobile coche beaucoup de belles cases. Du côté de la photo et de la vidéo, le système gimbal ne corrige pas vraiment ses erreurs du passé, mais la polyvalence du module rattrape le tout et offre des perspectives intéressantes pour les amateurs de photo. Par ailleurs, le mode macro impressionne. Finalement, c’est du côté de l’autonomie et du logiciel que nous aurions à redire, sans que cela ne soit catastrophique. Le mobile tient grosso modo une journée avec un usage classique, et s’appuie sur une recharge de « seulement » 33 W. Funtouch OS, lui, mériterait un poil plus de personnalisations.

If it cost £499, I’d be recommending this phone to everyone. But it doesn’t. And at this price point, the VIVO X60 Pro, with all of its foibles, just isn’t as competitive as the competition.

I’ll save my full thoughts for the full review, but it is clear gimbal stabilisation makes a huge difference – though I can’t say I completely love it. Yes, the footage is very stable and this is good if you’re moving quickly. There is an almost faux-look to video and it takes a while to adjust. If your stabilisation seems off then there’s a handy tool to calibrate it.

There is no doubt in my mind that the Vivo X60 Pro has the best design in all the flagship devices I have tested so far this year. It feels extremely premium in the hand and at the same time, it’s been constructed with durability in mind. There is very little to complain about in the performance department apart from the unusual heating of the device during some heavy-ended graphics-based usage. The cameras are also exceptional, especially when you compare the low-light capabilities to some of the competing devices. Apart from that, the X60 Pro’s superlative display matches up to industry standards and packs in all the features that you could possibly want. Could the haptics have been better? Most definitely. The battery life is nothing to write home about and the lack of wireless charging or an official IP rating makes me question the price tag. FunTouch is in a state of improvement and still has some way to go.

Ces cartes devraient être capables de faire tourner tout les jeux d'aujourd'hui, mais la plupart d'entre eux uniquement en détails moyens ou faibles et avec des résolution basses. Les plus vieux jeux ou les jeux moins gourmands restent jouables avec de beaux graphismes.
