Overall, the Motorola Moto G71s smartphone is not a bad deal, it has everything you will need for your daily dose of internet and streaming. It is supported by an ample performance unit and offers a clean UI experience with robust battery life. However, there’s no denying that the phone has some flaws such as you can’t perform long gaming sessions as it will lead to overheating issues. While the camera quality is moderate compared to other brands’ camera output. Anyway, it’s a personal choice and performance of the user. On the other hand, if this phone is not available in your country, we suggest you check the Motorola G82, which has almost the same features and the phone is globally available.

At this relatively affordable price point, you shouldn’t ask for too much from the Moto G75. But too much is exactly what you get here. Too many different features, at the expense of the quality of the most important ones. Apart from acceptable performance, most basic features such as screen, camera and battery leave something to be desired. If Motorola had thrown out wireless charging and the headphones and offered a better and more energy-efficient OLED screen instead, it would have been better. However, in its current form, I can’t recommend it.

At the end of the test, I have to say I'm really impressed with the Motorola Moto G75 5G. It seems like an ideal phone for anyone who works outdoors. The styling of the phone is minimalistic, and it looks like any other smartphone—but with the tough credentials behind it that enable it to survive more than most. What I also really like about the phone is that, while it sits at the relatively entry-level price point for this type of smartphone, it's incredibly well-balanced. Motorola has made some cuts to keep costs down, such as using an LED screen instead of OLED and not including a market-leading camera. However, what this means is you get a really solid smartphone that works well, keeps up with all the latest apps, and has a decent camera and feature set.

This phone is for people with a set budget who need a decent pair of headphones and a pretty good camera, and don’t care about gaming or intensive multitasking. This isn’t the most powerful phone of all time. But for $500, the full package is attractive, with everything you need, and nothing you don’t. Android phone manufacturers often struggle to justify the number of phones that they offer beyond simply catering to multiple budgets, which is why Motorola deserves a great deal of praise for the Moto G75 5G. It might be only slightly cheaper than the Moto G85 5G, but this fellow sub-£300 smartphone offers several intriguing points of difference. Its display is nowhere near as good as its brother’s, but the Moto G75 5G is considerably more robust, with military-great certification and an IP68 rating. You also get the benefits of wireless charging, which is another feature you simply don’t see at this end of the market. Motorola’s extended software guarantee also appeals. All in all, the Moto G75 5G is another Motorola phone that stands out from the cheap(er) phone crowd, albeit in some new and unexpected ways.

Motorola:
