Ils proposent tous les deux une qualité d’image relativement correcte, une interface fluide et des performances assez séduisantes. En fait, le Lenovo Moto G5 est idéal pour un utilisateur qui compte lancer des applications peu gourmandes, naviguer sur le web, regarder des photos et des vidéos. Le Lenovo Moto G5 Plus est réservé aux mobinautes qui veulent en plus jouer aux derniers jeux vidéo présents sur le Google Play Store.

C’est vrai qu’il ne se démarque pas énormément et qu’il ne propose pas grand-chose d’inédit. Il reste assez standard dans les fonctionnalités, la qualité de l’appareil photo et les performances qu’il propose. Mais il n’en demeure pas moins qu’il est agréable et simple à utiliser. Il se laisse vite apprivoiser et s’avère pratique dans la vie de tous les jours. Pour quelqu’un qui se sert surtout des fonctionnalités de base de son téléphone, le Moto G5 s’avère un très bon choix ! Il reste fidèle au reste de la gamme Moto, sans être ni moins bien ni spécialement meilleur.

Pour ce nouvel opus, rien n'a en fait véritablement changé. Cette faible évolution technique n'est pas forcément une erreur de la part de Lenovo puisqu'il arrive quand-même à évoluer intelligemment. Ce Moto G5 est simplement une version plus moderne de son prédécesseur. Au niveau du design, Lenovo a certes procédé à certains changements de taille (comme un écran plus petit et un passage au métal) mais dans l'ensemble ce n'est pas son design qui vous fera craquer pour la bête.

All said and done, the latest entry in the G-series is good but leaves a lot to be desired. This feels like a half-thought-out G5 Plus and, frankly, it’s a little confusing. On its own, the Moto G5 is an interesting proposal. It tries to be a lot for a lot less, something Moto G has stood for since forever but falls short on several counts. Lenovo cut too many corners to bring the cost down on the G5, and it shows. The way I see it, the company is giving consumers two choices. One, either go all the way and buy a G5 Plus which has everything this phone doesn’t including an all-metal unibody, more internal storage, a better camera and processor or, a buy a G5 which trades off all these features by having a removable battery, expandable storage, and a smaller price-tag. So, if you want Nougat on a budget and can temper your expectations, Moto G5 may just be a good fit.

There aren’t many faults in the Moto G5; still it is hard recommending this phone. Instead Moto G5 Plus seems a more better proposition, even though it is more expensive. Essentially you’re paying for a better processor, more storage, a better camera, and a larger screen. The G5 Plus is clearly a better phone over the G5. If you’re not interested in either of the phones, the Redmi Note 4 might be the better option.

When the Moto G first came out, it was all about offering a great smartphone experience at a low price. Today, the price is still fairly low but the experience is no longer great, at least with this particular device. The Moto G5 feels like a compromise in a way the original never did. We haven't had chance to spend a lot of time with the more expensive G5 Plus but it doesn't take a genius to figure out that it is the premiere Moto G experience; the one we have been led to expect by now. Overall, the Moto G5 is a good overall smartphone, and has something to offer for everyone. It isn’t the most well-built smartphone, but is definitely one of the most ergonomic. It doesn't have the most vibrant display to consume content, but isn't bad either. The display is visible in the sun, and everyday performance is acceptable. The buit-in speaker and limited 16GB storage are the only drawbacks. The Snapdragon 430 is a bit of a letdown, and it remains to be seen how much performance will be impacted. Seuls les vieux jeux peuvent tourner de façon fluide sur ces ordinateurs (S'ils ne sont pas trop gourmands en ressources). Les coeurs à mémoire partagée de cette catégorie ont l'avantage d'être moins chaud et moins gourmand en énergie. Pour le bureau, internet, l'édition de photos, et le montage vidéo ces cartes graphiques n'ont aucune restrictions.

Lenovo: Lenovo ("Le" de la légende anglaise, novo (latin) pour nouveau) a été fondée en 1984 en tant que société chinoise de commerce d'ordinateurs. En 2004, la société était le plus grand fabricant d'ordinateurs portables en Chine et, après l'acquisition de la division PC d'IBM en 2005, le quatrième au monde. En plus des ordinateurs de bureau et des ordinateurs portables, la société fabrique des moniteurs, des projecteurs, des serveurs, etc., et se spécialise dans le développement, la fabrication et la commercialisation d'électronique grand public, d'ordinateurs personnels, de logiciels, de solutions d'entreprise et de services connexes.

En 2016, l'entreprise s'est classée au premier rang mondial des ventes d'ordinateurs. Il le détenait encore en 2023 avec environ 23% de part de marché mondiale. Les gammes de produits importantes sont Thinkpad, Legion et Ideapad.

En 2011, elle a acquis une participation majoritaire dans Medion AG, un fabricant européen de matériel informatique. En 2014, Motorola Mobility a été racheté, ce qui a donné un coup de pouce à Lenovo sur le marché des smartphones.
