MediaTek MT8163 V/A 1.5 GHz
Le MediaTek MT8163 V/A est un SoC ARM entrée/milieu de gamme pour tablettes Android. Il intègre quatre cœurs processeurs ARM Cortex-A53 (quad-core) cadencés jusqu'à 1.5 GHz. Le circuit graphique intégré est un ARM Mali-T720 MP2 cadencé à 600 MHz. Le SoC embarque par ailleurs un contrôleur mémoire DDR3x32 1600 Mhz, le Bluetooth 4.0, le WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, un module GPS et une puce radio FM.
Le MediaTek MT8163 V/B est une version moins rapide du V/A, avec une partie processeur limitée à 1.3 GHz (-6%) et une carte graphique ne pouvant aller que jusqu'à 520 MHz (-13%).
Les performances qui sont au niveau du Kirin 910T placent la puce parmi les SoCs d'entrée de gamme 2015.
