Le AMD Ryzen 7 5700G est un APU de bureau à 8 cœurs et fait partie de la série Cezanne. Les 8 cœurs sont basés sur l'architecture Zen 3 et peuvent tourner entre 3,8 et 4,6 GHz. Grâce à la technologie SMT (Simultaneous Multithreading), le processeur prend en charge jusqu'à 16 threads à la fois. Au moment de son lancement, le 5700G est le CPU 8 cœurs le plus rapide d'AMD avec un iGPU.
Les performances du 5700G sont très bonnes pour un processeur à 8 cœurs et dans les applications multithreadées, elles sont proches de celles du Ryzen 7 5800X, mais en simple cœur, elles sont un peu inférieures à celles du Ryzen 5 5600X.
L'AMD Radeon RX Vega 8 intégré est actuellement l'un des iGPU les plus rapides et capable de jouer à 1280 dans des détails bas.
Le Ryzen 7 5700G est fabriqué par TSMC en 7nm et a un TDP de 65 Watt.
